NO MEANS NO! Trump-philic Attorneys Try To Move Up TRO Hearing In "Arizona Kraken" Case, Judge Repeats Herself

If at first (and, second), you don't succeed, don't keep pissing off the judge. This lawyering lesson seems to be lost on Sidney Powell and her band of attorneys trying to release the Kraken in Arizona.

As detailed on AZ Law, federal Judge Diane Humetewa re-ordered her hearings on Plaintiffs' request for a Preliminary Injunction and defendants' Motions to Dismiss on Saturday night. Plaintiffs filed that night to triple their "presentation" time to three hours. That was denied on Sunday night.

This morning, the same attorneys asked to have their hearing moved up to happen tomorrow, on the same day as the arguments on the Motions to Dismiss.

Judge Humetewa gave it a few hours before issuing her response: "DENIED". She also reiterated that she will *not* allow Plaintiffs to sneak in witness testimony in tomorrow's hearing on the Motions to Dismiss.
