BREAKING: Arizona Gov. Ducey Objects To Sidney Powell's "Experts", State Rep. Kelly Townsend Ahead Of "Arizona Kraken" Hearings

The attorneys for Arizona Governor Doug Ducey have objected to State Rep. (and State Sen-elect) Kelly Townsend being a witness at Thursday's "Arizona Kraken" hearing for a Temporary Restraining Order. Ducey is also telling federal Judge Diane Humetewa he is objecting to all of the Plaintiffs "expert

witnesses" as not qualifying to be considered experts.

Per our previous article about this election challenge seeking to "de-certify" Arizona's Presidential results, the judge ruled on Sunday that the Plaintiffs could not triple their evidentiary presentation time to three hours to fit in their experts (and to submit other testimony by written declaration). If Judge Humetewa grants Ducey's objections, the time constraints may not be an issue.

Ducey's Objection (below) states the same objections to all five proposed experts: "Does not meet the qualifications required of an expert witness under Fed. R. Evid. 702. Further, the Governor objects to the substance of ____'s expert report on the grounds that it was not produced using reliable methods." It added more grounds for objecting to the proposed expert who plaintiffs identify only as "Spider".

As for State Rep. Kelly Townsend's testimony/declaration, the Governor's attorneys objected because "Senator Townsend’s testimony was not properly disclosed under the Court’s December 4, 2020 Order requiring Plaintiffs to provide a “full and complete witness” disclosure, (Doc. 35), because Plaintiffs simply provide a generic statement that Senator Townsend’s testimony will be comprised of “information related to election violations.”

The evidentiary hearing is *now* scheduled for this coming Thursday. However, it will not occur at all if Judge Humetewa dismisses the case tomorrow following arguments on the four Motions to Dismiss filed by the Governor, Secretary of State, Maricopa County Supervisors and the Arizona Democratic Party.

  1. The now infamously fired, Sidney Powell, continues an annoying, and inconsequential assualt on normal State Protocol in finalizing the Election Process. Is there not a Penalty for egregiously wasting the Court’s Resources?
