UPDATE, 4:35pm: U.S. District Court Judge Susan Brnovich has recused herself in the case filed yesterday by @AZGOP Chair @kelliwardaz & Michael Ward.

Brnovich's husband, @GeneralBrnovich declined to investigate the Wards for the fake electors document.
