TODAY: Federal Judge Deciding Whether To Dismiss "Arizona Kraken" Challenge

 U.S. District Court Judge Diane Humetewa listened to oral argument this morning on Defendants' Motions to Dismiss the "Arizona Kraken" challenge brought by AZGOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward, the Arizona Trump electors and a few County GOP Chairs. I live-tweeted the hearing, and here is that coverage. (SPOILER ALERT: Judge Humetewa took it under advisement and promised to try to rule by Wednesday afternoon. After that, we do have some discussion about today's Safe Harbor Day and possible future actions):
